- Disapproves of CEO
“ex consultant at oracle--oracle sucks”
Former Employee – worked at Oracle full-time for more than a year
Pros – none. Oracle is not a place to work. A bad choice
Cons – Arrogant people, bad HR and most of all, no focus. They just have a database that sells, and the rest is junk. However they bribe their ways into most government orders and make their money. The company should be thoroughly investigated for it's actions and source of funds.
Advice to Senior Management – Close down the company, take your money and leave. Quit messing it up for the rest of the industry.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
