“Very Good”
I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than a year
Pros – It is an employee friendly company. Nice work environment. You can get work from home while on project. Lots of training material available.
Cons – A bit too big a company, lots of divisions. not a flat organisation. Rest is all good.
Advice to Senior Management – Its good , can be more open.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
