“Underpaid but endless opportunities”
Current Employee – been working at Oracle full-time
Pros – Lots of professional autonomy, ability to work from home, faith in senior management
Cons – Salaries are not on par with the market and often not a reflection of actual performance
Advice to Senior Management – Annual promotion/focal policy is so rigid that high performing employees are frequently underpaid relative to their peers
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
