“It has been a fantastic opportunity to work for Oracle”
I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great people; telecommuting friendly, very driven company; lots of opportunities to learn and push yourself; decent benefits
Cons – hiring and retention policies are out of sync. the longer you stay with the company the less likely your compensation will compare with the new hire
Advice to Senior Management – pay for performance and loyalty;
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
