    Pros

Good working environment. Some what relaxed culture, different than some other companies. Good facilities in almost all campuses. Balanced work-life load.

    Cons

Pay is not as competitive as it should especially for employees who have been there for quite some time.

I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Oracle provides competitive pay and benefits. Depending on the organization you are in, there may be opportunities for growth and promotion into management.

    Cons

Support for engineers to do their jobs well is minimal. Senior management generally cares more about costs rather than providing adequate tools to their developers. Also, Oracle requires that their developers use a proprietary source control system, which lacks many features that would be standard in open source options.
