Shareholder oriented company

Director (Current Employee) Belmont, CA

ProsOracle is laser focused on creating shareholder wealth. Oracle always keeps tight control on expenses and never always keeping hte margins under control. End results - even during the worst of downturns, Oracle wasn't affected as much as most other companies. As growth slows down, they quickly reduce expenses to keep the margins/profitability in check.

ConsEmployee satisfaction, career growth etc are the least important thing at Oracle.
