Pros
- Well known
- Competitive products
- Excellent benefits package
- Work-life balance
- Colleagues
- Interesting company with interesting products ahead
Cons
- Company does not reward company loyalty. Employees promoted from within are usually payed 30-40% below external hires
- Inferior internal IT-systems (Ironic considering this is what the company sells to customers)
Advice to Senior Management
- make sure to reward people that are loyal to the company. If not, these people will risk to leave the company which will make it difficult to retain talent

I have to admit that the IT engineers work very hard to fight fires. The blame is on IT mgmt. I have been in countless meetings and comittees for IT and the results are slow and poor. The only good thing is that the IT engineers have a busy job and the IT mgrs have a steady job for not getting things done. Maybe mgmt are just not qualified.
