    Pros

good benefits, ability to climb the ladder and stay connected, average salaries compared to other tech companies in the industry

left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, hired to do inside sales but it became a contract reviewing/ legal role that had more to do with cleaning up years of messes and contract issues/legal issues, but with a quota and metrics on top of that
