    Pathetic Experience of my life after joining as a fresher

    Pros: (1) Good Work Life Balance (2) Flexible timing - no one… Cons: (1) No Increment and bonus. (2) They do not even consider college fresher for hike and bonus after 1 year. (3) Not quality work in my team.… Advice to Senior Management: Should provide some training for freshers.
