    I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Employees get fooled due to Brand Name.

    Cons

    Poor Leadership, Bad Management, Employees treated as Slaves, Employees are supposed to work on all Saturdays and Public Holidays
    Business Analyst are treated as Document writers and no Business Analyst

    Learn Management skills.

    Pros

    Employees are respected and cared for. One can join this company as a fresher and can learn everything there is to, and new ideas are also welcomed.

    Cons

    Slow growth. And that's pretty much about it. No strong Cons of this company. May be low salary in the beginning, but not that low.
