ERP Solutions, People, Training, Projects, Lots of variety worked in Consulting and Pre Sales across different products, Benefits, Salary

Cons

Management - Had 20 managers in my first 5 years, You have to map your own career No mechanisms to report bad practices, ethics.

Advice to Management

Set up mechanisms / whistle blower process to be able to report and follow up on bad practices

    Pros

    - global NASDAQ 100 company - forefront in technology - great people to work with - great health insurance benefit - flexible work options negotiable

    Cons

    - HQ is in US, limited advancement opportunities unless in HQ - low pay and no bonus post GFC, unless in Sales or Consulting - self funded Christmas parties for internal employees - long working hours - low acknowledgment and recognition of back-office employees

    Advice to Management

    Back office employees keep the lights on for company operations, they should be given more respect and recognition.
