Oracle does have a great benefits package and is very supportive of telecommuting

Cons

The company is huge and it takes time to improve processes. Getting direct manager support
to make changes is crucial and sometimes that doesn't work either.

Advice to Senior Management

From the top down, it is nice to have support. But the top doesn't care about down, so things keep going as is and don't change.
