Excellent learning atmosphere, lot of online courses, one can reach to very senior execs and still get answers, opportunity for growth, ability to transfer from one group to another

    Good environment, office space, equipment, technology, benefits

    Cons

    Salaries for those working at Oracle for 5+ years tend to be low compared to new folks coming in. Low increases, if any, year to year, and low bonuses compared to many of the competitors. Also, no performance reviews are mandated upon many teams, thus no set of objectives, goals, or accomplishments are acknowledged by management.

    Advice to Management

    Need to build morale and motivation within the teams, set objectives, do performance reviews, and reward teams - via team building, compensation, promotion.
