Pros

Provide flexible work time, work from home option nothing else can be termed in this area.

Cons

though brand name is there nothing reflects in the pay. hardly could see any hr policies in effect.
Even the infrastructure is horrible.. you can't expect any raise in salary after you join unless you are in the managers good list. how hard you work unless you are in that list don't dream of a single penny raise. people are hardly recogonized for their work. work wise it will be a routine work day in and day out. can't expect to work in latest technologies unless you are really lucky.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't keep acquiring companies, do give some consideration to the employee and raise their pay with the money used to acquire companies.
