salaries depends a whole lot on your entry negotiations - but tend to stall after that. they rather hire new people on a higher salary for the same position than adjusting salaries from long term contributing staff. - this is not just me - I see that around many co-workers happening, too.
besides that a great company (co-workers, environment, strategy) working for! the longer you work for the company, the more opportunities and diversity will come a long.
