Good people. Solid company. Heavily sales focused.

ProsSmart, driven people and great camaraderie. Good facilities at headquarters (gym, multiple cafeterias, etc). Name recognition. Comp appears lucrative for revenue generating groups.

ConsRaises and bonuses for non-revenue generating groups seem to have become extinct.

Advice to Senior ManagementStagnant comp, even after stellar performance reviews, is demotivating.
