    Good work culture with few hick-ups

    Pros: Good work life balance, challenging work, scope to contribute Cons: Politics, slow and horrible HR, processes are outdated, idiots that came to company though aquisitions occupying… Advice to Senior Management: Please get rid of parasite mid level managers who literally does nothing in the job.
