OracleDirect Dublin

Account Manager (Current Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

ProsHighly talented worforce, not micromanaged, great variety of products.

ConsPromotions have nothing to do with skillset/Merit and are completley based on sucking up to management and politics. Calibre of management is very poor as a result of this.

Advice to Senior Managementstart rewarding staff who work hard and earn promotion on merit and not staff that kiss ass. It should be what you know not who you know.
