    Pros

solid product offerings, talented senior managers and reps(many have since left). Great healthcare offerings and benefits, solid time off after 3+ yrs. Great to have on resume, opens many doors as many former Oracle in in some aspects of all tech/service companies.

    Cons

Cut throat, everyone looking out for themselves(caused by shrinking territories size, too many divisions and orgs calling into same accounts). Can have 30+ reps calling into 1 account all selling different products, services. Many layers of management, tons of systems to use, navigate and slow down deals and approvals. Many tenured field reps and managers leaving. Hiring younger, cheaper college grads for inside sales positions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

learn how to manage and not just ask "what is your forecast and pipeline?"

    Pros

    flexible work hours. HQ location.

    Cons

working at crazy hours, sometimes meetings at 7.00 am or 11 pm, does not matter your schedule, you have to meet.
No real job recognition , the performance appraislsals are just for burocracy you have to bargain for a raise or have a good relation with your manager.
Get some job experience and leave, otherwise you will get obsolete with technology as its verty restrictive what you can do.
Movements on positions, salaries, bonus are "discrete" , apparently is a way to hide out information on the groups, you never have information about it, if you get some , you are lucky, I really don't like the politics.
