    Pros

None, Nada, nothing to speak of.

    Cons

This place was worse than doing time in prison (or so I imagine). Manager enjoyed placing me and two others on a performance improvement plan in pursuit of our dismissal rather than a genuine desire for improved performance. He seemed to enjoy punishing us.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to monitor management in their chain, as abuses do occur. The hands off attitude of this company paired with its non-transparency can create situations of extreme corruption. Their is no respect, whatsoever, for the individual contributor.
