I have been working at Oracle full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good salary but no or limited bonus or promotions. There are free sodas.

    Cons

Internal teams do not work together, acquisition process is very poor and new teams are not worked into the Oracle base properly (or at all). Product teams do not talk to internal teams to help design the products they sell. What a great resource internals teams could be! No training on Oracle products.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company is so big that there is a lack of uniformity. Should allow teams to use tools other than what Oracle builds as it leaves a lot to be handled manually. Spend more time tying in spreadsheets to capture data than anything else. Have teams work with each other in designing and developing the various products.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
