    I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Nice starting package, good environment, good work life balance, supporting seniors and independent work environment.

    Cons

    Expect no growth at all , no hikes, no interest from upper management to show appreciation for good work done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please start recognising good work done and reward it specifically to boost confidence and moral support. Just dont lay your rewarding attention on certain group of people.

    Pros

    - Good work life balance
    - Flexible timings
    - facility to work from home when required.

    Cons

    - No appraisals , no sizeable increments
    - slow paced.
    - Management often is confused with the direction of development.
    - Around 20-25 % employees do not take work seriously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - share some profit with the hard working folks
    - identify the core performers and reward them.
    - Lookout for people who piggy back on others and do very little work
