“Time off benefits are sub standard”
Current Employee – been working at Oracle
Pros – A big company with a fair number of opportunities.
Cons – The max vacation time is only 18 days no matter how long you've been there. Paid holidays are also low at 8 and no personal days are offered.
Advice to Senior Management – Make time off benefits equal to the rest of the industry.
