I have been working at Orange Business Services

Pros – Process Oriented Company
Very good balance of personal life with office
Provides Decent Salary Packages
Lots of leaves given officially

Cons – Most of the work is outsourced and you manage vendors
Because of very less work technically you become stagnant
Salary hike percentage is becoming lesser and lesser by each passing year
This company makes you lazy and changing job becomes difficult
Training Approvals are becoming difficult

Advice to Senior Management – Technical People change job because of less work, and work which can be easily done inhouse is being done through outsourcing.
