Former Employee – worked at Orange Israel full-time for more than a year

Pros – Very social company with nice people in the headquarter. Interesting technology and challenging business

Cons – Micro management, not so quality people, lots of young people that grows from the inside company and not so qualified. Low salary for headquarter positions with no development plan.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to differentiate headquarter from the representatives - punching hours, salaries, development. mid-management is very low quality

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
