No opinion of CEO

Pros

Great benefits, including time off, private healthcare (big for Europe), access to latest mobile devices and global travel.

Cons

1. Limited career growth beyond Director - old boys club revolving around top French schools (under grad) 2. Language can be a barrier sometimes - English/French

Advice to Management

Defensive posturing will only get you so far. You have to innovate - the ROI is great and you will find top talent recruiting for you rather than wanting to leave.
