Pros

if don't want too much pressure and have an inbuilt system to blank the crap that happens in the office ..from senior management ..and the terrible leadership ability of the CEO..then this is good for u.

Cons

well these are the events that have happened to give you an idea of the downside... a lot of women have ended up getting fired...or have some issues with the the department CEO....mainly French staff have been promoted...lot of people have been let go after they have tried to voice their views and the CEO did not feel comfortable with that.. senior management do not have good business judgment to make a good call on which projects should move forward and which should be dropped.... Mainly most staff just spend loads of time hating the place which gets you down even more...sorry but this is how most people feel!!

Advice to Management

Take some risks.. move out of management and spend time with staff.. be creative..

    Pros

Good benefit package. Better salary for the position in the region. Learned a lot about various IT technology by myself.

    Cons

Absolutely no career path. Work life balance is a joke. You have to work outside of working hours and get phone calls during weekend and night. No educational courses at all.

    Advice to Management

Start to listen to your employees. Do less politics and focus more on the goal.

  2. good place to work, low salary, bad recompensation

    Pros

good place to work, you have plenty of opportunities to learn, to change your domains of interest. Nice co-workers, great balance family-work. For me, it's a great place to start your carrier, when you need to learn a lot, and to end your carrier when pressure is to avoid.

    Cons

If you're the best of the team, you'll have 13,5% for your bonus and 300€ of annual raise, if you're the worst, you'll have 12% and 300€ of annual raise. If you're the best, you will have nothing when you leave, if you're the worst, they could give you money if you leave the team or the company. So yeah, working in orange is sometimes a bit frustrating.

    Advice to Management

    talent management, not resource management.
