    Pros

I worked for the D.O. C for over twenty years, and was forced to leave. My managers didn't know what the Oregon state department of corrections policies were and refused to follow any , they lied changed things in reports a would not allow me anything that would have been a help to me. My managers were my accusers ,my judge and my jury. The only truths to them was the lies they had made up to sound as if I had done something wrong. The truth , has nothing to do with what is right and wrong in their own stories are the only thing they will allow as facts. They are not honest and should be prosecuted for the wrong they are doing.

    Cons

Staff being afraid to do the right thing, for fear of being retaliated against by their managers

    Advice to Management

Hire some honest people and ones who have the. Fortitude to get the corruption out of the system.
