Cons – salary under median level (close to the low bound ) based on journal survey. every year need to worry about next year's funding. no promotion for this position. no enough career network in this position.

Advice to Senior Management – classify this job position. make it more attractive by developing a competitive career development plan and at least a little bit competitive salary.
