    Pros

Pay rates are competitive, you might be able to avoid the more annoying aspects of the job and still get your work done well.

    Cons

Innovation isn't considered valuable unless someone else has done it at another company already.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management: Relax a bit. With as much "ideating" and "circling back" as you do, you're smashing all fun.

I have been working at Organic full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The Creative and Tech teams are among the most gifted you will ever work with.

    Cons

For a small company, they are very slow to address gaps. For example - say you're a project manager working on an account with a fellow PM, and that PM leaves for another job. Now, you're doing the work of two people. You can count on at least 6 months to go by (and probably more like a year) before upper management will approve the req to re-fill that position. No matter that you will be working 60 - 70 hour + weeks for that year, the req still will not be approved, not even with your immediate managers repeatedly pleading the case to the home office. This situation has resulted in tremendous churn at all levels of the organization. If you plan on going to work for Organic, plan on working more hours than you ever had in your life, with no hope of relief.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your sluggishness in addressing staffing pressures is creating a serious brain-drain, and it is getting worse. You need to listen to your local managers and respond quicker when they notify you of a staffing need, promotion request, etc. Forcing people to wait for a year or more for resource gaps to be filled is costing you talent.
