    Flexible work schedule for those who are fortunate
    Decent cafe in building
    Right off 128 north of Boston
    Decent salary and benefits considering

    Cons

    No leadership anymore, management can't seem to get it together.
    German owned company
    Way behind in technology
    Outsources in China more than they manufacture
    Quality declining

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Recognize that administrators are necessary and stop stacking the work on existing employees while you phase out positions. Enough is enough. Focus on quality and service by getting back into manufacturing HERE in the USA.

    Mediocre pay, time on the road away from home making life/work balance very difficult.

    Promote within from operations and recognize that experience does offset formal schooling in many cases.
