“Watch out”
I have been working at Otis Elevator
Pros – Large global company, lots of extra benifits
Cons – poor management, poor communication, very poor merit increases for top performers
Advice to Senior Management – You preacher transpanancy, however, you hide facts and figures.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
