Current Employee – been working at Otis Spunkmeyer

Pros – They don't micromanage the way some contract companies do. They adjust forms if reps express concerns. The commission is pretty good. Good brand name and above average market awarness. Pretty limited contact with employees but all have been extremely nice & helpful!

Cons – Have inside sales reps calling in your assigned territory. Still allowing one distributor to rep their product. Have had product shortages although they are the manufacturer.

Advice to Senior Management – Do more marketing to schools, athletic groups and youth groups who might be fundraising.
