I worked at Outback Steakhouse part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I loved the people and the flexible work hours while in college. There are also great employee discounts on food etc. Would recommend.

Cons

The income is not as steady because it is just part-time and much of your money is relied on tips. The schedule is given at most two weeks in advance, but usually just one so it can be hard to make plans sometimes.

I worked at Outback Steakhouse part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Every shift felt like I was working with a strong team. Money was decent, and management worked well with my schedule. Side work wasn't too bad, and some nights I was able to get out pretty early while still making money.

    Cons

Management switched and went from lazy to overbearing by the time I left. Food quality went down and I started making less money. Best sections definitely went to "favorites", and not necessarily head waits.
