Former Employee – worked at Outcome Concept Systems

Pros – Flexibility in work/life balance, location, the people were really good to work with, most aspects of the culture, interesting industry and technology

Cons – Not so good communication, managment not necessarily well focused on 'the actual business', corp structure and initiatives are secondary or less to what is happening now or next week - long term planning not valued.

Advice to Senior Management – Develop a plan for growth with input from the employees, and publish it. The check in on progress.
