I worked at Overland Solutions

Pros

As an insurance premium auditor, flexible hours were great. Pay was based on billable hours so could earn as much as you could work. Traing is tops in the industry

Cons

Pay based on billable hours could limit salary if there was no work in your territory

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide more opportunites for employees to grow into management positions. Too many talented people have left because there were no opportunites for career growth.

I have been working at Overland Solutions

    Pros

Flexible job. You can work from home and make your own schedule. Pretty good wage. Some room for advancement. Overall okay.

    Cons

Commission based job meaning it is based on billable hours. Some paychecks can me really small. Lot of driving around town and out of town.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the employees more fair. Don't treat them like they are your kids. Pay them what they are worth and how they do audits versus how long you have been employed.
