Horrendously bureaucratic mormon culture

Manager (Current Employee)
Salt Lake City, UT

Pros- One of the few companies in Salt lake that's in retail
- Labor force is cheap.

Cons- Discriminatory promotion policy. Career growth requires you to be mormon.
- Management team is fairly incompetent, Although recent senior management hires have been impressive.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop creating an artificial glass wall by promoting everyone to director. Have tangible metrics to measure performance. Management by hearsay is not a viable management strategy. Hire a few innovators and have faith in their abilities.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
