Current Employee – been working at Owens Corning as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – The work environment and amenities are great for full time employees. Challenging work and open office atmosphere lead to high productivity.
Cons – Customer service is brought in as temporary staff and are quickly laid off with no notice. Zero feedback and few opportunities to apply as full time.
