Interesting projects, strong emphasis on professional development. Mid-west culture lends itself to a strong emphasis on family life and work-life balance. The science and technology organization offers a friendly environment not too different from academia.

Cons

Lack of vacation for fresh grads is disappointing.

    Company is very tied to the consumer housing market and have been experiencing economic issues as a result

    * Consistent, long term contract position.

    Cons

    * They will wait until your 2.5 year contract is up to hire you if they think they can wait it out.
