    Pros

We feel proud of our great products. The business is still small enough that individuals can have an influence. Colleagues are committed and fun.

    Cons

Sometimes lack resources. Can lack big company vision.

  2. Unfair and biased redundancy procedure in 2015

    Pros

Very nice, friendly and competent colleagues and good job organization from design to manufacture, test and shipment of the products.

    Cons

Too litlle R&D, with no improvement the market share in some areas will go dramatically down in the next few years.

    Advice to Management

Next time there is a redundancy (in the last 15 years there has been 7!!!) please manage it in a sensible and fair way. Redundancy in 2015 was biased and unfair: management selected some people well before the real assessments and then dismissed them accordingly to the organization structure proposed two months in advance. Every employee could understand the procedure was biased and not honest, except the directors, managing director and CEO. This will be an indelible mark on their behaviour and honesty.
