I have been working at Oxford Solutions full-time for less than a year

Pros

Worked to get me interviews / opportunities at local companies looking for people with my qualifications. Seemed genuinely interested in meeting my job search requirements, although some opps were below my salary requirements

Cons

Asked me to revise my resume numerous times - my initial resume submission was up to date and very well formatted - the same resume has secured me many interviews/jobs in the past.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop hiring anyone off the street who will take the Recruiter job, professionalism and experience matters

    I worked at Oxford Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Decent wages for contract employment.

    Cons

    No real communication with employees. Left me stranded at the end of my contract with the first company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees like you care about their well being. Communicate! Stay in touch at least weekly. Do a better job trying to retain employees between contract positions. Be pro-active and keep us informed of your efforts to find us a position when in between contracts.
