Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

Pros- Great people
- Very flexible schedule, setup in most departments
- Quality product and content
- Great mission, feel like your work means something

Cons- Unbeliable bureaucracy
- Can be very adverse to change and new ideas

Advice to Senior Management- Listen more to your direct reports
- Provide more feedback on work
- Erase the very obvious ceiling between senior level staff and junior staff

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
