I have been working at P.F. Chang's full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The lunch shift starts at 11 am and your usually off by 3:30 pm. I really like being busy and waiting on the customers. There is always something to do and I really liked the people I worked with. The shifts are short and you make about $50 to $60 per lunch shift plus hourly. It's better to work the night shift. It is way more stressful but you will make a lot more money.

    Cons

Management really micro-managed everyone. Sometimes their criticism was unfounded and unfair. But there was a large range of very responsible employees and very irresponsible employees so some of it was necessary.
