I have been working at P.F. Chang's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

My coworkers made every shift that much easier to work. Some managers were awesome.

    Cons

Some of the managers were extremely unprofessional. That made dealing with challenging customers even worse. Scheduling, obviously, is tough.

I have been working at P.F. Chang's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The management at my location is excellent and always willing to help you out if you get overwhelmed. Management is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a favorable experience for your tables. However, if you do not ask for help and mess up at a table, you will be disciplined.

    Cons

The menu is very large and the dishes/ingredients/flavors will take a while to get down. There are some tedious tasks associated with the corporate nature of the restaurant, including services at your tables and responsibilities in the back.
