“Strong financial company and conservative culture”
Former Employee – worked at PACCAR full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – If you want to learn discipline, this is a great company. If you can do well at Paccar, you can be very successful with other companies.
Cons – The culture is very much command and control. Ultra conservative
Advice to Senior Management – Trust your people and let them communicate more openly
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
