    Consistent positive earnings and shareholder returns (401K match is in Paccar Stock)

    Cons

    Kenworth Division employees forced to take 2 weeks of their vacation with less than 1 week notice in 4th quarter this year (and in 2009). If not enough vacation time, then required time off without pay. With $1.7 BILLION in cash reserves. CEO Mark Piggot gets $266 MILLION from this season's special dividend. The employees? Disrupted family schedules, forced vacation that many managers cannot really "take off".... and reduced pay at holiday season if no vacation available.

    Advice to Management

    Stop sacrificing your employees' good will to serve the shareholder. Remember the employees are shareholders too.
