Good benefits, nice people to work with
Cons
The need for speed over customer service. Lack of Training. Quality assurance scoring is hit or miss. Pay is lousy compared to as much as we need to know. Micro manages every aspect of the job.
Advice to Senior Management
Start putting the customer first and treat all employees when it comes to quality the same way. We need training and not be just thrown in the deep end and expect to find your way out. Pay is not the best for the type of work we have to do.
