    Pros

Sounds great, makes you think you have a job opportunity

    Cons

In actuality, it seems they are meeting some quota to send X number of candidates to their clients. Although, they really have no intention of hiring you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your candidates like professionals, act ethical, not deceitful. Don't waste candidates time they could be interviewing elsewhere.
