    I worked at PAREXEL

    Pros

    Excellent benefits (health specifically) and managers respect work/life balance Manager also worked with me to schedule long and short vacations around current work load. Salary is competitive. The RTP office is super causal (you can wear jeans every day if you prefer).

    Cons

    Some coworkers took ad stage of the laid-back dress code and dressed inappropriately/unprofessionally
    Training for specific job roles needs serious improvement
    Dental plan is Not good
    Office space in RTP is old and cramped
    They do not give raises very often (not bc the company isnt making money)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fight for the good competent workers to get promotion and raises. No use loosing good employees Bc of low salary no promotion to replace them a substandard replacement
    Get the new SOPs in order/finalized so people know their roles and responsiblities and articulate this info to staff.
