Constant change of priorities before projects could be completed

    Some of the best minds in Life Sciences and IT

    Cons

    Slow to act. Too much politics and bureaucracy. Lack of leadership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start leading by leveraging the tech talent in the company. remove the empire builders and political monsters. replace the proprietary IVRS with one built on real software.

    I have been working at PAREXEL full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Benefits; however they come at a high cost

    Cons

    Experience, education, and performance doesn't seem to make a difference. All of the hard workers end up leaving because of this and low performers stay or get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire people in the appropriate level or positions they deserve to be in and promote performers instead of rewarding non-performers.
